Arrests for March 30

Jessica Cruz, 24, of 35 York St., Hartford was arrested March 29 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 6, 2011.

Jasmine Moton, 24, of 35 York St., Hartford, was arrested March 29 at Westfarms mall and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 6, 2011.

Anthony Leonard, 26, of 127 Rhoda Lane, Bristol, was arrested March 28 on Scott Swamp Road and charged with interfering with an officer. According to police documents, he provided a false name for an acquaintance who was wanted by police. Leonard was released on $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 30, 2011.

Bruce Scott Dean, 44, of 127 Rhoda Lane, Bristol, was arrested March 28 on Scott Swamp Road and charged with interfering with an officer. According to police documents, Dean gave police a false name in order to avoid being arrested on a warrant out of West Hartford. He was turned over to West Hartford police and scheduled to appear March 30, 2011.

Marisa Thomas, 25, of 61 Westland St., Hartford, was arrested March 28 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $100 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 6, 2011.

Jonathan Klish, 38, of 125 Park Ave., Naugatuck, was arrested on a warrant March 28. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment in connection with alleged phone harassment. He was released on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 30, 2011.

Brenda Carrero, 25, of 331 Hillside Ave., Hartford, was arrested March 28 by warrant and charged with third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny. According to police documents she is charged in connection to fraudulent returns made by a store employee. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 5, 2011.

Kemo Teal, 35, of 249 Collins St., Hartford, was arrested March 28 at 1451 New Britain Ave. and charged with evading responsibility and creating a nuisance on the highway. According to police documents he was involved in a motor vehicle accident with minor injuries. He was released on $5,000 non-surety and scheduled to appear April 6, 2011.
