- Viraj D'Costa, 21, of 6 Ellsworth Pl., Avon. Charge: operating under the influence following a motor vehicle stop on Fienemann Road. Bond: $1,500. Court date: July 9.
- Timothy Stevens, 30, of 80 Edwin Ln., Thomaston. Charges: possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Avenue. Bond: $1,500. Court date: July 8.
- Austin Cyr, 19, of 30 Hillside Rd., Harwinton. Charges: possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating under the influence following a motor vehicle stop on Grandview Drive. Bond: $1,500. Court date: July 8.
- Tiana Ivette Baker, 21, of 4 Victory Ct., New Britain. Charges: sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny in connection with a shoplifting incident at JC Penney at Westfarms Mall. Bond: $1,500. Court date: July 9.
- Dylan Parady, 20, of 137 Fairview St., New Britain. Charge: criminal violation of an order of protection. Bond: $5,000. Court date: July 2.
