Breach of Peace
Jacob Nardi, 19, of 33 Buena Vista Dr., Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief on Jan. 13 at 11:45 p.m. after a physical domestic disturbance with his mother, police said. Christine D. Nardi, 42, of the same residence, was also charged with second-degree breach of peace in the incident. Police released Jacob Nardi on a $2,500 non-surety bond and Christine Nardi on a $1,500 non-surety bond. They were scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 14.
Arlest Byron Hall, 41, of 70 Songbird Ln., Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Jan. 13 at 11:30 a.m. and taken into custody on an active arrest warrant. Police released him on a $10,000 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 29.
