Farmington Police Blotter: Jan. 22-23, 2014
Farmington police provided the following information and it does not indicate a conviction.
LARCENY
Michael Mcfolley, 18, of 509 Burnside Ave., Apt. A5, of East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Jan. 23 at 4:59 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at H&M at the Westfarms Mall. Police released him on a $250 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 5.
FORGERY
Dandre Q. Green, 24, of 100 Mark Ln., Waterbury, was charged with first-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on Jan. 23 at 9 a.m. Police arrested her on a warrant while she was in lock-up for another case at Hartford Superior Court and held her on a $45,000 surety bond. She was scheduled to appear in court that day.
FAILURE TO APPEAR
Daniel Belanger, 25, of 13 Nichols St., Madison, ME, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Jan. 22 at 6 a.m. Police arrested him on a warrant and held him on a $20,000 surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court that day.
