Failure to Appear

Taylor Catherine Lanzafama, 22, of 22 Wheeler Rd., Wethersfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear on July 30 after being arrested on a violation of probation charge earlier that evening. She turned herself in on a warrant and was held on a $50,000 surety bond for the failure to appear charge and a $20,000 bond for the violation of probation charge. Lanzafama was scheduled to appear in court on July 31 for both cases. 

Reckless Endangerment

Raymond Waller, 23, of 283 Chestnut St., New Britain, was charged with first degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, operating without a license, improper passing, failure to drive right and disobeying a signal on July 30 at 10 a.m. He was held on a $75,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court later that day.
