Farmington Police Blotter: June 11-13, 2013

The following arrest information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Larceny

Denice S. Carter, 34, of 14 Center St., Bristol, was charged with third-degree larceny on June 11 at 6:43 a.m. Police arrested her on a warrant after she was "accused of stealing jewelry from a residence while employed as a house cleaner," according to the press arrest log. Police held her on a $35,000, surety bond and she  was scheduled to appear in court on June 11. 

Breach of Peace

James A. McBurney, 28, of 100 Paul Spring Rd., Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on June 11 at 5:30 a.m. after police responded to a domestic disturbance. Police arrested him on a warrant and held him on a $30,000 surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on June 11. 

Alyssa M. Dmytruk, 22, of the same address, received an identical charge in the incident and was arrested later that day at 1:20 p.m. She was held on a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on June 12. 

Interfering with a Police Officer

Michael Le, 19, of 73 Lavesque Ave., West Hartford,  was charged with interfering with an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia with marijuana under a half ounce on July 12 at 2:56 p.m. He was also cited with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana, which is an infraction. Police pulled him over at 500 South Rd. and arrested him. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on June 19. 

Criminal Violation of a Protective Order

Fritz Jean-Gilles, 49, of 28 Stafford Ave., Apt. 2A, Bristol, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order on June 13 at 3:32 p.m. Police arrested him on a warrant after reports he violated a court order on April 2012. He was released on a written promise to appear and scheduled to appear in court on June 14.
