Farmington Police Blotter: June 1-2, 2013

The following arrest information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Threatening

Jordan Oscar Espinoza, 21, of 18 Patricia Dr., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening on June 2 at 3:56 p.m. Police arrested him at 239 East Middle Turnpike after receiving a complaint that he threatened his ex-girlfriend. He was released after posting a $10,000 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in court on June 3. 

Operation While Under the Influence

Courtney Lennon, 27, of 127 Lovely St., Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence on June 2 at 2:57 a.m. Police pulled her over at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Old Mountain Road and also cited her with failure to keep right on a curve or hill and traveling unreasonably fast. She was released after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 12. 

Daniel Eduardo Escajeda, 54, of 1 Alcima Dr., Simsbury, was charged with operation while under the influence on June 1 at 12:45 a.m. Police pulled him over on Waterville road and also cited him with failure to drive right. He was released after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 12.
