Farmington Police Blotter: June 3-10, 2013

The following arrest information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Domestic Disturbance

Oleksandr Shuter, 19, of 107 New Britain Ave., Apt. B, of Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct on June 3 at 12:46 p.m. Police arrested him after responding to a domestic disturbance at his home. He was released after posting a $2,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in court the next day.

Breach of Peace

Hao Xia, 38, of 4 Sienna Dr., Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after a domestic disturbance on June 5 at 8:13 a.m. Police  released him after he posted a $2,500 non-surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court the next day. 

Assault

Reginald R. Joseph, 23, of 23 Benham St., Hamden, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree threatening and unlawful restraint on June 10 at 7:29 a.m. He turned himself in on a warrant after policed received a report that he assaulted his girlfriend. He was held on a $100,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

Failure to Pay or Plead

Jerald P. Blow, 31, of 1156 Santee Ave., Akron, OH, was charged with two counts of failure to pay or plead, each in a separate case, on June 8 at 2:50 p.m. Police released him after he posted two $250 cash bonds and he is scheduled to appear in court on June 18.
