Farmington Police Blotter: March 8-9

Julissa Torres, 38, of 90 Park Road, West Hartford, was arrested March 9 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 20.

Amy Elizabeth Van Deusen, 23, of 111 Woodhaven Drive, Avon, was arrested by warrant March 9 and charged with evading responsibility, failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence. According to police, she is accused of leaving the scene of a DUI accident on Jan. 13. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 20.

Caitlin Erin Decesare, 19, of 9 Oakridge Drive, Clinton, was arrested March 9 on Mountain Spring Road and charged with possession of narcotics following a motor vehicle stop. She was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 19.

Eric Michael Peterson, 24, of 7 Yorkshire Way, Burlington, was arrested March 9 at the intersection of Mountain Spring Road and Talcott Notch Road. He was charged with failure to have headlights lit, operating under the influence and failure to signal on restricted turn. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 20.

Pamela Grimes, 44, of 34 Pliny St., Hartford, was arrested March 8 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 20.
