Breach of Peace
Amber M. Parsons, 27, of 118 Hillsdale Rd., South Egremont, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on May 11 at 3:11 a.m. after a domestic incident. Police released her on a $1,500 non-surety bond and she was scheduled to appear in court May 13.
Disorderly Conduct
Laura Anne Kaplan, 32, of 8 Langley PK, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct on May 15 at 12:54 a.m. Earlier on May 14 at 11:06 p.m., police arrested Nissin Nahimias-capon on charges of disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance. Police released both parties on $1,500 non-surety bonds and they were scheduled to appear in court on May 15.
Failure to Appear
Wilfredo M. Garcia, 24, of 180 South St. Ext., Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on May 16 at 6:40 p.m. Police arrested him on a warrant. Garcia posted the $2,500 surety bond and was released. His next court date is May 22.
Larceny
Ernesto Amaro, 31, of 90 Edwards st., Hartford was charged with fifth-degree larceny on May 16 at 1:43 p.m. Police arrested him after reports that he shoplifted at H&M at the Westfarms Mall. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 22.
Dario Rivera, 49, of 58 Belden St., Hartford, was charged in the same incident, facing identical charges, in addition to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is also scheduled to appear in court on May 22.
