Farmington Police Blotter: May 18-22, 2013

The following arrest information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Operation While Under the Influence

Luis Candelas, 21, of 74 Abbotsford Ave., West Hartford, was charged with operation while under the influence on May 19 at 9:06 a.m. Police said they found Candelas asleep in his car while it was "running and in 'drive,'" according to the arrest log. He also had a "small amount of marijuana on him" and was charged with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. Police released him after he posted a $1,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 29.


Disorderly Conduct

Terrence William Pendergast, 58, of 14 Sycamore Ln., Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct on May 18 at 6:23 p.m. Police released him after he posted a $1,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 18. 

Breach of Peace

Wilfredo Rodriguez, 24, of 200 North St., Apt. N1 was charged with second-degree breach of peace on May 18 at 12:14 p.m. after a domestic disturbance. Police released him on a $2,500 surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on May 20.
