Operation While Under the Influence
Stacey Miranti-Anderson, 37, or 14 Oakland Ave., Farmington, was charged with operation while under the influence on May 28 at 2:27 a.m. She was also cited with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to keep right on a curve or hill and using a hand-held mobile telephone. Police arrested her after stopping her car on Farmington Avenue near Prattling Pond. She was released after posting a $10,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 5.
Linda Ann Ferraro, 42, of 118 Silo Rd., Bristol, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with failure to drive right on May 24 at 1:36 a.m. Police stopped her vehicle at the intersection of Plainville Avenue (Route 177) and Portage Crossing. She was released after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 5.
