Farmington Police Blotter: May 25-26, 2013

The following information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Assault

Elon DeAngelis, 33, of 31 Bonnie Dr., Farmington, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on May 26 at 10:17 a.m. Police responded to his home that evening after a domestic disturbance. He was released after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in court on May 28.  

Operation While Under the Influence

Pedro Barbosa, 48, 319 Hanover St., Meriden, was charged with operation while under the influence on May 26 at 2:51 a.m. Police also cited him with failure to drive right and a first offense of possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. Police released him after he posted a $1,500 surety bond. 

Bobby Carrier, 27, 25 Putnam St., Bristol, was charged with operation while under the influence on May 26 at 2:29 a.m. Police pulled him over on Farmington Avenue at the intersection with Monteith Drive and also cited him with failure to keep right on a curve or hill, improper uses of high beams and operation under a suspended license. He was released after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond. Carrier is scheduled to appear in court on June 5. 

Keith Allen Murphy, 43, of 12 Murphy Dr., Rocky Hill, was charged with operation while under the influence on May 26 at 1:04 a.m. Police pulled him over on Farmington Avenue at the Brickyard Road intersection and also cited him with not having insurance and speeding. He was released after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 5. 

Lexus J. Pryor, 20, of 7 Wildes Way, Burlington, was charged with operation while under the influence under 21 and operation while under the influence on May 26 at 12:35 a.m. Police pulled her over on Plainville Avenue and also cited her with speeding more than 60 miles an hour and failure to drive right. She was released after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 5. 

Felix Alberto Santiago, 22, of 158 Beaver St., New Britain, was charged with operation while under the influence on May 25 at 3:44 a.m. Police stopped him at the intersection of Plainville Avenue (Route 177) and Scott Swamp Road and cited him with failure to drive right and operating without a license. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 5. 

Jeffrey Thomas Nadeau, 23, of 79 New Britain Ave., Unionville was charged with operation while under the influence on May 25 at 12:09 a.m. Police stopped him at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Highwood Road and also cited him with failure to have headlights lit and making an improper turn. He was released after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 5.

Violation of a Protective Order

Lee Donaldson, 60, of 71 Burlington Rd., Unionville, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order on May 25 at 4:54 p.m. He was released after posting a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 5.
