Farmington Police Blotter: Nov. 22-25, 2013

Operation While Under the Influence

Toby James Smith, 19, of 42 Great Meadow Ln., Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence, operating under the influence under the age of 21 and failure to drive in the proper lane on Nov. 25. Police issued Smith a $1,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 4. 

Kevin Abdiel Rivera, 30, of 75 Gleneagle Dr., Bristol, was charged with operation while under the influence on Nov. 24 at 3:37 a.m. and cited with operation under suspension and driving a slow speed. Police released him after he posted a $1,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 4. 

Paul A. Melnick, 63, of 415 Washington St., Forestville, CT, was charged with operation under the influence and failure to obey a control signal on Nov. 23 at 2:56 p.m. Police released him on a $1,500 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 4. 

Maribel Ramos, 43, of 100 Fulkerson Dr., Apt. 20, Waterbury, was charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane on Nov. 23 at 1:57 a.m. Police arrested her at Scott Swamp Road and Brookshire Ln. released her on a $2,500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 4. 

Criminal Trespass

Travis Owens, 26, of 1 Mourning Pl., Danbury, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass on Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at Hollister and Abercrombie. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 24. 

Larceny

Leonard Bourque, 59, of 36 Vernon Rd., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 23 at 1:50 p.m. after an incident at TJ Maxx. Police released him on a summons to appear in court on Dec. 4 after he posted a $1,500 non-surety bond. 

Alexis Dailey, 21, of 46 High Path Rd., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 23 at 3:26 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at H&M. Police released her on a summons to appear in court on Dec. 4 after she posted a $1,500 non-surety bond. 

Vivian Toney, 18, of 279 Norton St., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 22 at 9:22 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney . Police released her on a $1,500 non-surety bond and she was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 27. 

Sydnee R. Ransom, 23, of 158 Kensington St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 22 at 7:24 p.m. Police released her on a $1,500 non-surety bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 27. 

Deirdre Lee Guilbault, 21, of 55 Tinkerville Rd., Willington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 22 at 3:31 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney. Police released her on a summons to appear in court on Nov. 27 and a $1,500 non-surety bond.
