Operation While Under the Influence

James Daniel Gordon, 46, of 33 Artisan St., Bristol, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with failure to obey a stop sign on Nov. 5 at 10:22 p.m. Police stopped him at South Road and Robin Road and released him after he posted a $1,500 bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 12.

Tyrik Leon Wilder, 28, of 1035 Bushwick Ave., Apt. 1, was charged with operation while under the influenced and cited with driving in a no passing zone, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana possession and operation without a license on Nov. 2 at 2:08 a.m. Police pulled him over at Farmington Avenue and Town Farm Road and released him after posting a $1,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 13.

Janine A. French, 60, of 162 Pierremount Ave., New Britain, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with failure to drive in the proper lane on Nov. 1 at 8:34 a.m. Police pulled French over on Brickyard Road and released her after she posted a $1,500 non-surety bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 13.
