Farmington Police Blotter: Oct. 11-13, 2013

Operation While Under the Influence

Mykhaylo Nykyforchyn, 34, of 40 Patterson Way, Berlin, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with driving the wrong way on Oct. 13 at 4:02 a.m. He posted a $1,500 bond and scheduled to go to court on Oct. 23. 

Stalking

Alan R. Pontbriand, 58, of 52 Sheila Ct., Apt. 516, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree stalking on Oct. 13 at 2:03 a.m. Police arrested him at his Bristol home on an arrest warrant tied to a complaint that he was "following and harassing an employee" at the Westfarms Mall. 

Larceny

Leydi Anicama-Parado, 22, of 14 Ardmore Rd., West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Oct. 12 at 2:43 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney at the Westfarms Mall. Police released her after she posted a $1,500 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 23. 

Ciera Spence, 19, of 25 West Raymond St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Oct. 11 at 8:39 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at Nordstrom Rack. Police issued her a $1,500 non-surety bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 23. 

Leanne Robitaille, 19, of 510 Graham Rd., South Windsor, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny on Oct. 11 at 8:02 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at H&M and JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall. He posted his $1,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 23. 

Ciara C. Hardwick, 27, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Oct. 11 at 3:15 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall. Police issued him a $1,500 non-surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 23. 

Failure to Appear

John A. Harrison, 41, of 144 Sexton St., New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Oct. 11 at 11 a.m. Police served him a warrant while he was at Hartford Superior Court in lock-up and held him on a $2,500 surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court that day.
