Farmington Police Blotter: Oct. 15, 2013

Larceny

Edwin E. Cruz, 31, of 71 Smalley St., Apt. 3, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Oct. 15 after a shoplifting incident at Abercrombie & Fitch at the Westfarms Mall. He posted a $1,500 bond.

He was also charged with second-degree failure to appear in court on Oct. 15 at 4:20 p.m. in a separate case. Police held him on a $2,500 bond. 

He was scheduled to appear in court the next day . 

Andrew Tantillo, 26, of 70 Treble Rd., Bristol, was charged with fifth-degree larceny on Oct. 15 at 2:10 p.m. He turned himself in on a warrant.

He was also charged with fourth-degree and sixth-degree larceny in two separate cases .

He posted a $5,000 non-surety bond, $30,000 surety bond and a $2,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22 and 23.
