Disorderly Conduct
Jared John Garand, 24, of 79 Birch St., Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 21 at 5 p.m. He turned himself into police and posted a $5,000 surety bond. Garand is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 30.
