Farmington Police Blotter: Sept. 20-23, 2013

The following information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate convictions.

Assault

Numi Bjornsson, 42, of 8 Spruce Dr., Unionville, was charged with third-degree assault on Sept. 23 at 2:49 a.m. He was held on a $1,000 cash bond and was scheduled to appear in court that day.

Risk of Injury to a Minor

Elizabeth Taylor, 69, of 105 Turnberry Ln., Windsor, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor on Sept. 21 at 4:52 p.m. Police said she is "accused of allowing her 14year-old grandson to operate" a motor vehicle. She was issued a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 1.

Larceny

Brandi Smith, 26, of 42C 42c Channing Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Sept. 21 at 4:32 p.m. Police arrested her at the Westfarms Mall after a shoplifting incident at H&M. She was issued a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 2. 

Disorderly Conduct

Carynne Gayle Pierzchalski, 33, of 79 Bidwell Square, Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 21 at 12:09 a.m. Police arrested her at 6085 Bidwell Square after a domestic disturbance, police said. She was issued a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 23. 

Evading Responsibility

Tammy L. Franco, 44, of 1600 Stanley, New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility, following too close or operating while under suspension on Sept. 20 at 5:35 p.m. Police issued her a $1,000 non-surety bond and she was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 20. 

Breach of Peace

William D. Rebillard, 43, of 28 Mohawk Dr., Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach and driving a vehicle with intent to harass or intimidate on Sept. 20 at 5:35 p.m. He is "accused of creating a disturbance with another" motor vehicle operator "after an accident," police said. Police issued him a $1,000 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 1.
