Farmington Police Blotter: Sept. 27-29, 2013

The following information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate convictions.

Operation While Under the Influence

Gail Ann Cammisa, 54, of 39 Lismore Ln., Greenwich, was charged with operation while under the influence, evading responsibility, interfering with an offer and operating under a suspended license on Sept. 29 at 1:39 a.m. Police stopped her car on Colt Highway and released her on a $1,500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 9. 

Gretchen Elaine Misenis, 34, of 159 Yale st., Waterbury, was charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane on Sept. 29 at 12:22 a.m. Police stopped her car at Plainville Avenue (Route 177) and Farmington Chase. She was release on a $1,500 non-surety bon and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 9. 

Kevin Francisco Richards, 22, of 38 Country Way, Wallingford, was charged with operation while under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast on Sept. 28 at 3:09 a.m. Police stopped his car on Colt Highway. He was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 9.

Interfering with an Officer

Zulma Rosales-Lopez, 31, of 74 Franklin, Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer and two counts of sixth-degree larceny on Sept. 28 at 2:46 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall, police said. Police held her on a $10,000 surety bond and she was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 20. 

Possession of Narcotics

Daniel Jeffrey Boyd, 31, of 46 Woodside Dr., Unionville, was charged with possession of narcotics on Sept. 27 at 8:53 p.m. Police arrested him after a motor vehicle stop on Plainville Ave. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 8. 

Disorderly Conduct

Timothy Pierzchalski, 34, of 79 Bidwell, Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 27 at 4:40 p.m. He turned himself in on an arrest warrant and was released after he posted a $10,000 non-surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30. 

Larceny

Antoinette M. Hunt, 55, of 115 Albany Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Sept. 27 at 4:25 p.m. after a shoplifting incident at H&M in the Westfarms Mall, police said. She was released after she posted a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 9. 

Breach of Peace

Traci Alexis Liewellyn, 20, of 89 Caya Ave., West Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Sept. 27 at 4:25 p.m. after a physical altercation. She was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30. 

Robert Edgar Lollar, 24, of 111 Shawn Dr., Bristol, received identical charges in the same incident on Meadow Road and was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30. Police issued him a $1,500 non-surety bond.
