Farmington Police Blotter: Aug. 31-Sept. 2, 2013

The following arrest information was provided by the Farmington Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Operation While Under the Influence

Colleen Elizabeth Krieger, 30, of 157 Steams St., Bristol, was charged with operation while under the influence on Sept. 2. Police stopped her on Scott Swamp Road and also cited her with failure to drive right and making an improper turn. She was issued a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 11. 

Anthony Corvia, 36, of 43 Cedar St., Apt. 1, New Britain, was charged with operation while under the influence on Aug. 31 at 7:06 p.m. Police stopped his car at the Main Street and Porter Road intersection and issued him a $2,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 11. 

Possession of Narcotics

Dale Joseph Quereux, 42, of 97 New Britain Ave., Plainville, was charged with possession of narcotics on Sept. 1 at 5:40 p.m. Police said they found him in possession of heroin while arresting him on a warrant. He posted a $2,500 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 10. 

He was also charged with sixth-degree larceny in a separate case earlier that day. Police said he's "accused of shoplifting from JC Penney at the Westfarms Mall on July 20. Police issued him a $2,500 surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 11. 

Robbery

Toccara Shereece Little, 30, of 51 Imlay St., Apt. 3, Hartford, was charged  with second-degree breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery on Sept. 1 at 4:39 p.m. She assaulted loss prevention representatives during a shoplifting incident at Hollister at the Westfarms Mall, police said. He was released on a $15,000 surety bond. 

Breach of Peace

Betsy Ramirez, 31, of 37 Elliot St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Aug. 31 at 10:32 p.m. Police arrested her after a domestic incident and issued her a 1,500 non-surety bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 3. 

Howard Francis, 38, of 7 Bari Ln., Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Aug. 31 at 11:55 a.m. Police arrested him after a domestic disturbance at his home. He was issued a $5,000 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 3. 

Tiara RaiNi-que Bass, 19, of 361 King St., Bristol, and Jessica M. Price, 25, of 155 New Britain Ave., Unionville were charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer on Aug. 30. Police issued them each a $2,500 non-surety bond and they are scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 11. 

Larceny

Justin Michael Hernandez, 18, of 40 Cedar St., Apt. 1D, Meriden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny on Aug. 31. Police arrested him after a shoplifting incident at JC Penney in the Westfarms Mall. He was issued a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 11.
