Farmington Police Log: April 13-14

Louis Shavell, 28, of 1668 Farmington Ave., Unionville, was arrested April 14 at home and charged with disorderly conduct and responsibilities regarding storage of loaded firearms. The arrest took place during a domestic dispute, according to police. Shavell was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 15.  

Jeffery Hammerman, 47, of 112 Devonwood Drive, Waterbury, was arrested April 13 at 352 Scott Swamp Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and weapons in a motor vehicle. The arrest took place following a suspicious vehicle investigation, according to police. Hammerman was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 23.  

Kingsley Appiah-Hagan, 36, of 345 Buckland Hills Drive, Manchester, was arrested April 13 and charged with failure to drive right, operating under the influence and refusing to be fingerprinted. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 23.
