Farmington Police Log: April 9 and 15

Bonnie Michelle Powell, 45, of 99 Spring St., Hartford, was arrested April 9 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on $250 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 17.  

William Larnet Carey, 58, of 164 Washington St., Hartford, was arrested April 9 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 17.  

Todd Matthew Labriola, 35, of 1 Meadowside Drive, Farmington, was arrested April 9 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was released on $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 22.  

Jason William Lipshez, 26, of 4 Circle Drive, Unionville, was arrested April 9 at the Farmington Police Department and charged with third-degree larceny. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 16.  

Michael Hayes, 25, of 31 Oakland Terrace, Hartford, was arrested April 15 by warrant at Hartford Superior Court and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery. He was released on $25,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 15.
