Katarzyna Szewczul, 32, of 256 High St., New Britain, was arrested Aug. 5 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and High Street and was charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 15, 2012.
Charles Rothenberger, 45, of 542 Chapel St., New Haven, was arrested Aug. 5 on Farmington Avenue and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 15, 2012.
Nikolay Lyashenko, 49, of 29 Climax Road, Simsbury, was arrested Aug. 4 on Waterville Road and was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to drive right and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 15, 2012.

Liu Dijun, 23, of 3 Oxford Road, was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny after allegedly shoplifting at Nordstorm Rack. She was released on a written promise to appear Aug. 15, 2012.
Joseph Mockus, 36, of 132 Mahue St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 3 on Scott Swamp Road and charged with failure to obey signs and markings and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Aug. 8, 2012.
