Farmington Police Log: Aug. 31 - Sept. 3

Thomas Leach, 37, of 127 Perry St., was arrested Sept. 3 at home and charged with disorderly conduct during a domestic disturbance at his home. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 4, 2012.

Jason Zennen Dominguez, 32, of 57 Pine Meadow Drive, Bristol, was arrested Sept. 3 at 781 Farmington Ave. and was charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 12.

Denis Joseph Dallaire, 46, of 34 Dewey Ave., Bristol, was arrested Sept. 3 at the intersection to Moses Place and Plainville Avenue and charged with failure to obey a traffic control signal and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 12.

Daniel Ford Leavitt, 20, of 3 Deepwood Road, was arrested Sept. 3 at 3 Deepwood Road and charged with second-degree forgery. According to police, Leavitt was found to have a fake ID during a disturbance investigation. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 11.

Elvis Caban, 20, of 94 Candy Lane, Bristol, was arrested Sept. 2 on Morea Road and charged with failure to drive right, second-degree forgery, making an improper turn and illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of canibus or a controlled substance. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 11.

Carlos Rivera-Acosta, 32, of 187 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was arrested Sept. 2 on Waterville Road and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operating under the influence and restricted turns failure to signal. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 12.

Kelly Patricia Volb, 40, of 38 Evergreen Road, Cromwell, was arrested Sept. 2 at the intersection of Plainville Avenue and Snowberry Lane and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operating without a license and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 12.

Marion Campbell, 23, of 20 Henderson Drive, East Hartford, was arrested Sept. 1 at Westfarms mall and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespassing. According to police, he was at Lord & Taylor, in violation of a previous trespass order and fought with loss-prevention officers who attempted to detain him for police. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 12.

Rocky Torres, 27, of 138 Mallard Drive, Avon, was arrested Sept. 1 on Interstate 84, exit 40 and charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 11.

Christian Coleman, 23, of 912 New Britain Ave., turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was released and scheduled to appear Sept. 12. 

Julie Ann Day, 28, of 5 Spring Lane, was arrested Aug. 31 at Westfarms mall and charged with second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny. According to police, she is accused of shoplifting from Lord & Taylor and fighting with loss-prevention officers when they tried to stop her. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 12.
