Farmington Police Log: Dec. 28-30

Jeremy Chad Lowe, 38, of 14 Townsend Road, Farmington, was arrested Dec. 21 and charged with third-degree assault, interfering with a 911 call, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree strangulation. According to police, Lowe was charged following a domestic disturbance with his partner while a child was present. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 24. Lowe was arrested again Dec. 22 and charged with violation of conditions of release – a felony charge - after he allegedly made contact with the victim of the previous day’s incident. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond. His court case was continued to Jan. 23 and is awaiting a plea.

Sheniece Mary Morris, 20, of 21 Violet St., Windsor, was arrested Dec. 30 at Lord & Taylor and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 9. 

Lauren Cerullo, 28, of 155 Joseph St., Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 29 at the intersection of Fienemann Road and Batterson Park Road and charged with failure to keep right on a curve or hill, operating under the influence and failure to signal on a restricted turn. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 9.

Zbigniew Bartosiak, 56, of 101 Millbrook Drive, East Hartford, was arrested Dec. 28 on Waterside Drive and charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 9.

Narain Ramchandani, 73, of 26 Butternut Drive, Unionville, was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with delivery of alcohol to a minor. He was released on a written promise to appear in court Jan. 9.

Michael Gerrity, 54, of 15B Grandview Drive, Farmington, was arrested Dec. 28 following a fight with his neighbor. He was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Gerrity was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 9.

Adam Jay Strauss, 24, of 13C Grandview Drive, Farmington, was arrested Dec. 28 following a fight with his neighbor. He was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Strauss was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 9.
