Farmington Police Log: Dec. 6-7

Summer Unique Forbes, 20, of 30 Sterling St., Hartford, was arrested Dec. 6 at Westfarms mall and charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. According to police, Forbes was accused of shoplifting from Lord & Taylor at ran from security officers and police but was arrested in the parking lot. She was held on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 19.
Justin Brian Duplin, 23, of 11 Bunker Hill Road, New Britain, was arrested Dec. 6 at 1799 Farmington Ave. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, operating under suspension and reckless driving. According to police, he was accused of shoplifting from Stop & Shop and was found with heroin paraphernalia. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 18.
Nelson William Pires, 22, of 96 Dunham Place, Southington, was arrested Dec. 6 on Plainville Avenue and was charged with first violation of emission standards, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 19.

Megan Scully, 23, of 1 Trotters Glen, Farmington, was arrested Dec. 6 at the intersection of New Britain Avenue and Meadow Road and was charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 19.
