Farmington Police Log: March 21

Michael Kilpatrick, 22, of 16 Judson Lane, Farmington, was arrested March 21 at Trotter’s Glen and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. According to police, he was accused of being involved in a physical fight at his home and destroyed some property. He was released on $25,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 22.

Mark Casella, 51, of 75 Main St., Hartford, was arrested March 21 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to police, he is accused of shoplifting and was in possession of a crack pipe when he was arrested. Casella was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 27. 

Manuel Angel Rivera, 18, of 5 Lakeshore Drive, Farmington, was arrested March 21 at home and charged with first-degree failure to appear. He was held on $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 22.

Julio Ceasar Amaez, 40, of 172 Glen St., New Britain, was arrested March 21 in New Britain court and charged with violation of a standing restraining order. According to police, Amaez contacted the victim of a domestic in violation of court order. He was $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 22.
