Farmington Police Log: March 7-9

William Soto, 25, of 469 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was arrested March 6 in Hartford by warrant and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. According to police he is accused of creating a disturbance at Tunxis Community College. He was held on $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 13.
Corey Horton, 42, of 115 Benton St., Hartford, was arrested by warrant March 6 in Hartford Court and charged with third-degree larceny and using a motor vehicle without permission. According to police he is accused of stealing his girlfriend’s car on Jan. 11. He was held on $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 6.
William Benjamin Washington, 19, of 1151 Washington St., Middletown, was arrested by warrant March 7 at the Middletown Police Department. He was charged with second-degree harassment. According to police he is accused of harassing and threatening an ex-girlfriend. He was held on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear March 8.

Brendon Seymour, 31, of 72 Colony St., Bristol, was arrested March 7 by warrant and charged with criminal violation of a protective order. According to police, he is accused of contacting an individual in violation of a court order. He was held on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 8.
