Farmington Police Log: Nov. 28-29

Josue Ramos-Rivera, 29, of 15 Peace Court, New Britain, was arrested Nov. 29 at 1 Alexander Road and charged with second-degree failure to appear. According to police, he was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant after he was found at the Batterson Park boat launch after hours. He was released on $500 cash bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 11.

James Patrick Divane, 48, of 40 Dean Road, New Britain, was arrested Nov. 29 at the intersection of South Road and Robin Road and charged with failure to obey a stop sign and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 5.

Michael John Bodnaruk, 27, of 399 Colt Highway, Farmington, was arrested at 222 Colt Highway and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny. According to police, he was arrested after an employee at Tilcon found him stealing copper wire from a stone-cutter machine. Bodnaruk was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 5.

Jacquez Roby Johnson, 22, of 190 Sixth St., Bridgeport, was arrested Nov. 28 after he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.  Johnson was accused of shoplifting from Abercrombie and Fitch at Westfarms mall. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 5.
