Farmington Police Log: Oct. 17-18

Timothy McDonald, 23, of 34 Orchard St., Avon, was arrested Oct. 18 at the intersection of Route 4 and Interstate 84 and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 24.

Sharanjit Singh, 22, of 67 Cope Farms Road, was arrested Oct. 18 at the intersection of Colt Highway and Scott Swamp Road and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operating under the influence and speeding at more than 60 miles per hour. He was released on $1,200 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 24. 

Karl Justin Duncan, 26, of 54 Woods Drive, Norwich, was arrested Oct. 17 in connection with a domestic disturbance at Westfarms mall and was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment. He posted $250 cash bond and was scheduled to appear Oct. 18.

Alonzo E Hamilton, 39, of 9 Durham St., Hartford, was arrested at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Interstate 84 and charged with third-degree larceny. According to police, he was taken into custody on an active Farmington Police warrant during a motor vehicle stop. He posted $25,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear Oct. 23.
