Farmington Police Log: Sept. 11-12

Michael Paul Ciofarri, 30, of 251 New Britain Ave., Unionville, was arrested Sept. 11 at 251 New Britain Ave. and charged with failure to obey a control signal, operating under suspension and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Fashion Nicole Robertson, 21, of 69 Martin St., Hartford, was arrested Sept. 11 after she turned herself in on a warrant. She was charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was released on $500 surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19. 

Andrew Garfinkel, 48, of 186 Main St., Unionville, was arrested Sept. 10 at the intersection of Elm Street and Maple Avenue and charged with second-degree breach of peace after a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 11.

My Ngoc Cao, 22, of 265 Oakland St., Manchester, was arrested Sept. 12 after she turned herself in on a warrant. She was charged with fifth-degree larceny and released on $2,500 surety bond. According to police, she is accused of using two gift cards at Westfarms mall that had been stolen during a West Hartford robbery. She is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 19. 

Arnaldo, Senquiz-Lebron, 43, of 21 Roberts St., New Britain, was arrested Sept. 12 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. He was released on $1,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.
