Farmington Police Log: Sept. 13

Sean Dumais, 28, of 1485 Farmington Ave., Unionville, was arrested Sept. 13 on Main Street in Farmington and was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Krzysztof Hess, 41, of 77 Ledyard Road, New Britain, was arrested Sept. 13 after he turned himself in on a warrant. He was charged with failure to have insurance and operating under the influence. According to police, the charges stem from an accident he was involved in on July 8, 2012. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Antonio Rodriguez, 43, of 25 Gillette St., Hartford, was arrested Sept. 6 at home and was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening. According to police, Rodriguez made a threatening call to the victim. He was held on $15,000 surety bond for a court appearance Sept. 7. The case was then continued until Sept. 28 and he was released on $10,000 surety bond.
