Farmington Police Log: Sept. 14-16

Jewell Brown, 53, of 441 Garden St., Hartford, was arrested Sept. 16 at JC Penney and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery. According to police, he fought with loss prevention personnel when they tried to stop him from shoplifting. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 25.

Tiyambe Richardson, 22, of 45 Grandview St., Waterbury, was arrested Sept. 15 at Westfarms mall and charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 26.

Tiane Michelle Richardson, 23, of no given address, was arrested Sept. 15 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 26.

Matthew David Cavalier, 30, of 57 Columbia St., New Britain,was arrested Sept. 15 at the intersection of Plainville Avenue and Coppermine Road and charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 26.

Nolianne Natoya Fleming, 29, of 658 Arbutus Road, Bettystate, was arrested Sept. 14 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 26.

Nickisi Latoya Joseph, 30, of 8 Harold St., Hartford, was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 26.
