Farmington Police Log: Sept. 28-Sept. 30

Jessica DeFabio, 22, of 539 Plainville Ave., was arrested by warrant at home on Sept. 30 and held on $250 cash bond for an appearance in court the same day. She was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

John Joseph Lapre, 28, of 25 Lovely St., Unionville, was arrested Sept. 30 at home after a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend. He was charged with disorderly conduct and released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 1.

Mary Kaitlin Cahill, 25, of 25 Lovely St., Unionville, was arrested Sept. 30 at home after a domestic violence incident with her boyfriend. She was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 1.

David Roel Festa, 40, of 40 Beechwood Lane, Bristol, was arrested Sept. 30 on the Colt Highway and charged with operating under the influence and speeding. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 10.

Khristian Grant, 25, of 2443 Main St., Hartford, was arrested Sept. 29 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery. According to police, Grant was shoplifting at JC Penney with her 2-year-old child. When loss prevention personnel tried to stop her, she allegedly assaulted them. She was held on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 9.

Samantha Kinosh, 23, of 604 Cherry Brook Road, Canton, was arrested Sept. 29 on River Road and charged with failure to obey a stop sign, operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 10.

Deria Mohamud, 39, of 68 Wooddale Drive, Unionville, was arrested Sept. 28 by warrant at the Hartford Correctional Center and charged with two counts of third-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear Oct. 9.
