Farmington Police Log: Sept. 7-10

Austin David Occhialini, 19, of 11 Blenheim Terrace, was arrested Sept. 9 after turning himself in on a warrant and was charged with sixth-degree larceny. According to police, he is accused of stealing money from a wallet he found at Dunkin Donuts in Unionville. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19. 

Erica Paine, 32, of 647 Stevens St., Bristol, was arrested Sept. 9 in Bristol and charged with evading responsibility, following too close and operating under the influence. According to police, he is accused of rear-ending a car on Feinemann Road and then evading. He was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Theodore Joseph Wurz, 31, of 164 Stagecoach Road, Avon, was arrested Sept. 9 at the intersection of Lovely Street and Farmington Avenue and charged with failure to obey a traffic control signal and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19. 

Kristen Victoria Mixter, 22, of 221 Avon Mountain Road, Avon, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Amy Yaredis Garcia, 27, of 120 Camp St., New Britain, was arrested Sept. 8 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Michelle Jones, 34, of 87 Prospect St., Manchester, was arrested after turning herself in on a warrant Sept. 8 and was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny. According to police, she is accused of entering her ex-employer’s business after hours, stealing deposit money and damaging equipment. She posted $5,000 cash bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 18.

Felix Angel Vega, 37, of 144 Pleasant St., New Britain, was arrested Sept. 8 on Colt Highway and was charged with operating under the influence and a speeding violation in a vehicle other than trucks. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Belen Astrid Lopez, 49, of 11 Chatham Lane, South Windsor, was arrested Sept. 7 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Marc Grondin, 24, of 43 Park Hill Road, Bristol, was arrested Sept. 7 at 131 Oakland St., Bristol, and charged with sixth-degree larceny. According to police, he is accused of shoplifting from Abercrombie and Fitch at Westfarms mall. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 19.

Susan Griffin, 41, of 239 Old Farms Road, Avon, was arrested Sept. 7 at 12 Mill St. and charged with attempted second-degree larceny and attempted third-degree robbery. According to police, she is accused of trying to take money from a patron at Dunkin Donuts. She was released on $50,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 18.
