Improper Parking, Shoplifting at Highland Park Among Odd Arrests

Arrests for June 7

Antasia Easley, 19, of 196 Magnolia St., Hartford, was arrested June 4 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. Easley was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 8, 2011.

Antonia Casillas, 39, of 155 Falcon Ridge Road, Rocky Hill, was arrested by warrant June 3 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was released on $2,000 court-set bond and scheduled to appear June 3, 2011.

Michael Coyne, 51, of 89 Bayberry Road, Manchester, was arrested June 3 on Tanglewood Road and charged with improper parking and operating under the influence after police investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 15, 2011.

Seth Skonieczny, 24, of 354 Farmington Ave., Bristol, was arrested June 6 at Depot Place and charged with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. According to arrest reports, Skonieczny was found with marijuana during an investigation of fireworks and a suspicious motor vehicle in the area. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 15, 2011.

Anthony Lococco, 51, of 511 Plainville Ave., Unionville, was arrested at home during a domestic disturbance. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace, released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 7, 2011.

Ellyn Stousy, 50, of 800 Plainville Ave., was arrested at home and charged with sixth-degree larceny. According to arrest reports, Stousy is accused of shoplifting from Highland Park Market. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 8, 2011.

Todd Michael Kenefick, 43, of 50 High St. Apt. 412, New Britain, was arrested by warrant June 6 at Hartford Superior Court. He charged with fifth-degree larceny for allegedly possessing or selling property stolen during a March residential burglary. He was held on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear June 6, 2011.
