Local Held on $50K Bond After Domestic Incident

Danielle Bouvier, 25, of 32 Goodrich Road, was arrested April 8 on Goodrich Road and was charged with second-degree failure to appear. She posted $5,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear April 17, 2012.

Ian Desmond James, 24, of no certain address, was arrested April 8 at the intersection of Scott Swamp Road and Florence Way. He was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, interfering with an officer, operating without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence. According to police, James refused to get into the car when arrested. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear April 18, 2012.

Joel Roeling Hava, 25, of 31 Lake Garda Drive, was arrested April 8 at 15 Sunset Drive and charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a 911 call and interfering with an officer. According to police, Hava ran away from the house when police responded to a domestic incident. He was tracked by K-9 Drak and taken into custody. Hava was held on $50,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 9, 2012.

Kathy Pelvin, 41, of 102 Pilney St., Hartford was arrested April 7 at Westfarms mall and was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a written promise to appear April 18, 2012.

Devin Michael Morin, 27, of 136 Coppermine Road, Unionville, was arrested April 7 at the intersection of Plainville Avenue and Keene Place and charged with making an improper turn and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 18, 2012.

Crystal Phelps, 49, of 575 County Road, Torrington, was arrested April 7 at the intersection of Scott Swamp Road and Harold Road and was charged with making an improper turn and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 18, 2012.

Onyx Barnett, 21, of 426 Edgewood St., Hartford, was arrested April 6 at TJ Maxx and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 18, 2012.

Jocelyn Franco, 29, of 57 Harwich St., Hartford, was arrested April 6 and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. According to police, Franco was accused of shoplifting with three others at TJ Maxx. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 18, 2012.

Ashley Marie Brown, 18, of 19 Clune Court, East Hartford, was arrested April 6 at JC Penney and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. According to police, Brown is accused of shoplifting with a minor and damaging merchandise while doing so. She was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 18, 2012.

Unfortunately, close to the game's end, Farmington ran out of gas and they lost by 1 goal. Congratulations to Southington's soccer team for beating a great Farmington team!!!!!!!
