Man Accused of Harassing By Texts

David Bernadeau, 20, of 108 Hawthorn Ave., New London, turned himself in on a warrant Dec. 25. He was charged with second-degree harassment. According to police reports, he is accused of sending harassing text messages in September. He was held on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 27, 2011.

Kimberly Marie Morgan, 30, of 146 Andover St., Hartford, was arrested Dec. 24 at JC Penney after she was allegedly found shoplifting. She was charged with fifth-degree larceny and three counts violation of probation when warrants were discovered for Morgan. She was held on bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 26, 2011.

Tammy Dawkins, 48, of 366 Enfield St., Hartford, was arrested Dec. 24 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer. According to police records, she is accused of shoplifting at Nordstorms, then lying to police about her identity. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 4, 2012.

Ana Cristina Costa, 41, of 10 Windsor Court, was arrested at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and South Road and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 4, 2012.

Carly Newlan, 25, of 47 Avonwood Road, Avon, was arrested Dec. 23 at the intersection of Main Street and Porter Road and charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 4, 2012.

Marly Rolon, 33, of 362 Chesnut St., New Britain, was arrested Dec. 23 at JC Penney and charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. Police said she is accused of shoplifting with a friend. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 4, 2012.

Glomary Zayas, 45, of 40 Talcott St., New Britain, was arrested Dec. 23 at JC Penney and charged with fifth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. Police said she is accused of shoplifting with a friend. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Jan. 4, 2012.
