Man Charged After Allegedly Threatening Dog

Nicholas Ayotte, 27, of 29 Fox St., Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 28 during a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Highwood Road and charged with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police reports indicate Ayotte was found with .8 ounce of marijuana, a pipe and a scale. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 7, 2011.

Obrian Stanthony Bennett, 23, of 905 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was arrested during a warrant service Nov. 27 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Pilgrim Path and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was held on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 28, 2011.

Nasri Nicolas Abourizk, 28, of 87 Primrose Drive, Longmeadow, MA, was arrested Nov. 27 at the intersection of Main Street and Scott Swamp Road and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, incorrect number of headlamps and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 7, 2011.

Krzystof Rutkowski, 56, of 12 Greenbriar Drive, Apt. E, was arrested at home and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. According to police reports, he allegedly threatened to shoot a neighbor’s dog during a disturbance. He was held on $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear Dec. 7, 2011.

Timothy Quail, 24, of 367 Washington Road, Enfield, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a written promise to appear in court Dec. 7, 2011.
