Man Found Passed Out Behind the Wheel in the Middle of Scott Swamp Road

Lisa Flores, 18, of 217 Sherman Ave., Meriden, was arrested Feb. 7 on Interstate 84 East between exits 38 and 37 after a motor vehicle stop. She was charged with failure to display plate or sticker, operating under the influence and operating under the influence under the age of 21. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 16, 2011.

Melissa Bellante, 37, of 26 Hough St. Apt 3, Plainville, was arrested Feb. 7 at the intersection of Fienemann Road and Batterson Park Road after a motor vehicle stop and charged with operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 16, 2011.

Robert Deschino, 23, of 311 Main St., Woodbury, was arrested Feb. 6 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and High Street and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to drive right and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 16, 2011. Police documents indicate he was stopped for erratic operation.

Gregory Marcuson, 27, of 5k Staunton Court, was arrested Feb. 6 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Lenola and charged with failure to keep right on a curve or hill, operating and unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 16, 2011. Police documents indicate he was stopped for erratic operation.

 Asad Suttar, 21, of 11 West St., Apt. 2E, New Britain, was arrested Feb 6 on Scott Swamp Road and charged with failure to drive right, operating under suspension, operating under the influence and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. According to police documents, an officer found Asad passed out behind the wheel in the travel lane. He was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 15, 2011.

Johnny Paditsone, 22, of 78 North St., Plymouth, was arrested Feb. 6 on Scott Swamp Road and charged with failure to carry registration or insurance identification, failure to drive right and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 16, 2011. Police documents indicate he was stopped for erratic operation.

Tyasha Weathersby, 34, of 24 Morris St. Apt 201, Hartford, was arrested by warrant Feb. 5 and charged with second-degree forgery, two counts of third-degree identity theft and fifth-degree larceny in connection with forged checks which were used to steal $7,800 from the victim’s bank account. Weathersby was held on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 15, 2011.

Joshua Jones, 34, of 81 Hayes St., New Britain, was arrested Feb 5 on the Colt Highway and charged with failure to drive right, operating under the influence and operating under suspension for alcohol. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 16, 2011. Police documents indicate he was stopped for erratic operation.
