Man Gets Arrested; Woman Bails Him Out; Both Get Arrested; He Goes, She Stays

Arrests for Feb. 21

William Goykman, 36, of 1248 Farmington Ave. Apt. A7, West Hartford, was arrested Feb. 21 at 46 Farmington Ave. and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a written promise to appear Feb. 23, 2011. Police documents indicate he is accused of creating a disturbance at Robert’s Sunoco after another customer allegedly cut in front of him at the pumps.

Shacara Mcinnis, 46, of 384 Greenwich Ave., New Haven, was arrested at Homewood Suites Feb. 20 by warrant and charged with violation of probation. He was held on $50,000 bond and scheduled to appear March 7, 2011.

Willie Louis Hodges, 28, of 4 Staunton Court Apt. K, was arrested Feb. 20 at 230 Farmington Ave. and charged with operating under the influence after a car crash into a snow bank. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 2, 2011.

Izabella Sierra, 22, of 873 Boulevard Road, Hartford, was arrested Feb. 20 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Greenbriar Drive and charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court March 2, 2011.

Brenda Delcarmen Davis, 30, of 85 Phelps St., East Hartford, was arrested Feb. 19 at the police department and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. She was held on $30,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Feb. 22, 2011. According to arrest records, an officer arriving for work discovered three people sleeping in a car outside the police station, who were there to bond Brandon O’Neal Nunn, 26, of Farmington, out of jail. The officer reportedly checked on them and found that there were two warrants out for Davis.

Brandon O’Neal Nunn is accused of shoplifting approximately $317 worth of clothing from Hollister at Westfarms mall. According to police, loss prevention agents tried to stop Nunn but he ran through the mall, fighting mall security and loss prevention agents and knocking customers out of the way. He allegedly knocked over an elderly woman, who was not hurt. Mall security personnel were reportedly able to subdue Nunn and Farmington police arrived to take him to the police department. Along the ride, Nunn allegedly tried to hide a bag of marijuana in the back seat. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and third-degree robbery. Bond was set at $10,000. When Brenda Delcarmen Davis and two others tried to bond Nunn out of jail, he was again arrested on a charge of criminal violation of a protective order because Davis was the subject of that order. Nunn posted $2,500 bond and left the police station, while Davis stayed behind.

Andres Figueroa, 28, of 54 Montrose St., Hartford was stopped along New Britain Avenue. Police said he was speeding and driving under suspension. He was arrested by warrant Feb. 19 on a charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was released on $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 1, 2011.

Andrew Shtefan, 21, of 26 Case St., was arrested Feb. 19 at the intersection Scott Swamp Road and Hyde Road and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, improper signal for turn and operating under the influence. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 2, 2011.

Brenda Audrey Armington, 39, of 34 Jerome Ave., Burlington, was arrested Feb. 19 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Park Pond Place and charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 2, 2011.

Melissa Tash, 24, of 28 Sandy Brook Drive, New Britain, was arrested Feb. 18 at 5 Spring Lane when an officer reportedly noticed her trespassing on Centennial Inn property. She was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and released on $2,500 surety bond. She was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 23, 2011.

Danny Rachel, 18, of 7 Fir Drive was arrested Feb. 18 at the intersection of South Road and Munson Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 23, 2011.
