Suspect Held After Car Theft

Arrests for April 4

Micael Bizuneh, 22, of 12 Sable Court, Unionville, was arrested April 3 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Interstate 84 and charged with using a motor vehicle without permission. According to police document, Bizuneh is accused of stealing his father’s vehicle. He was held on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 4, 2011.

Mayron Flores, 19, of 56 Farmstead Road, East Hartford, was arrested April 4 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Interstate 84 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in the proper lane and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana. Flores was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 6, 2011.

Jeanfranco Orlando Ramos, 19, of 94 Wyllys St., Glastonbury, was arrested April 4 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Interstate 84 and charged with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop. Ramos was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 6, 2011.

Richard Francis Huntington, 26, 425 Plainville Ave., was arrested April 3 at 270 Farmington Ave. and charged with operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 13, 2011.

Gloria Harris, 35, of 37 Rockwell Ave., Plainville, was arrested April 3 at the intersection of Plainville Avenue and Farmington Chase. She was charged with failure to keep right on a curve or hill, failure to obey a control signal, operating a vehicle without carrying a license and operating under the influence. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 13, 2011.

Brian Glanovsky, 38, of 727 New Britain Ave., Unionville, was arrested April 2 at 727 New Britain Ave., was charged with second-degree breach of peace, carrying a gun without a permit, first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm. He is accused of firing a black powder pistol into the woods outside his home, according to police documents. He was released on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 12, 2011.

Dana Hayes, 32, of 67 West Meath Lane, 67 West Meath Lane, Unionville, was arrested April 2 at the intersection of Red Oak Hill Road and Hidden Oak Drive. Hayes was charged with failure to obey a stop sign and operating under the influence. Hayes was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 13, 2011.

Ryan Flannigan, 20, of 53 Farmstead Drive, South Windsor, turned himself in on a warrant April 2 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was held on $2,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear April 6, 2011.

Micael Bizuneh, 22, of 12 Sable Court, Unionville, was arrested April 1 at Five Guys Burgers and Fries and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening after he allegedly created a disturbance during which he threatened the manager, police documents said. He was released on a written promise to appear in court April 6, 2011.

Maritza Vega, 44, of 194 Hillside Ave., Hartford, was arrested April 6 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear April 6, 2011.
