One Road Rage Incident, A Few Failure to Appear Arrests During Quiet Week

Arrests for March 8-10

Melissa Tash, 24, of 28 Sandy Brook Drive, New Britain, was arrested by warrant March 7, at 15 Farm Springs Road and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was held on $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 8, 2011.

Krista Marie Legnani, 40, of 136 Center St., Southington, turned herself in on a warrant March 7 and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was released on $15,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 9, 2011.

Troy Hahn, 45, of 65 Old Kings Road, Avon, was arrested March 8 in Avon and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He is accused of assaulting another motorist during a road rage incident on Route 4 in Unionville. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 16, 2011.

James Johnson, 57, of 108 Putnam St., Bristol, turned himself in on a warrant and charged with evading responsibility. He is accused of evading an accident scene Feb. 11. He was released on a written promise to appear in court March 16, 2011.

Brandon Considine, 25, of 239 Sycamore Drive, Torrington, was arrested March 10 in Farmington and charged with operating under the influence and speeding over 60 miles per hour. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 16, 2011.
