Police Arrest Six by Warrant

John Fandacone, 28, of 134 Overhill Ave., New Britain, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with violation of probation. He was held on $50,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 27, 2012.

Grzegorz Bolswa Kuron, 30, of 600 Clark St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 26 at the intersection of Scott Swamp Road and New Britain Avenue and charged with failure to keep right on a curve or hill and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 7, 2012.

Connor Scott Johnson, 20, of 115 North Saddle Ridge Road, West Simsbury, was arrested Feb. 25 on Farmington Avenue and charged with failure to drive right, operating under the influence under age 21, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without carrying a license and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 7, 2012.

Francis William Chambrello, 49, of 13 Wellington Ave., was arrested by warrant at home and charged with second-degree failure to appear. He was released no $3,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 6, 2012.

Ericka Gamble, 20, of 881 Garden St., Hartford, was arrested Feb. 25 at 500 South Road and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 7, 2012.

Emily Maryann Pennito, 55, of 720 Hill St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 25 at the intersection of Colt Highway and Colt Highway Cutoff and charged with failure to keep right on a curve and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 7, 2012.

Carlos Miguel Luna, 39, of 87 Pershing Drive, Plainville, was arrested by warrant Feb. 25 at the intersection of Fienemann Road and Slater Road and charged with second-degree failure to appear and passing in a no passing zone. He was released on $15,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear March 6, 2012.

Heather D. Briatico, 35, of 1103 Fienemann Road, was arrested by warrant Feb. 24 at home and charged with second-degree failure to appear. She was held on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 6, 2012.

Michael Marroni, 79, of 10 Tunxis Village, was arrested Feb. 24 during a domestic disturbance and charged with third-degree assault on a victim older than 60 years, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a 911 call. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear March 27, 2012.

Michelle Grate, 24, of 665 Garden St., Hartford, was arrested Feb. 24 by warrant at the Hartford Police Department and charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. According to police, Grate is accused of shoplifting from Brookstone at Westfarms mall in November 2011. She was released on $7,500 surety bond and scheduled to appear Feb. 29, 2012.
