Police Blotter: Sept. 18-19, 2013
Operation While Under the Influence
Megan Pratley, 26, of 134 Merrow Rd., Coventry, was charged with drug paraphernalia and operation while under the influence, as well as cited with failure to drive in the proper lane on Sept. 19. Police stopped her car on Farmington Avenue and issued her a $1,500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 5.
Larceny
Donna Casey, 50, 15 Erin St., Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on Sept. 18 at 7:30 p.m. Police arrested her on a warrant in connection to a shoplifting incident at TJ Maxx on Aug. 2. She was issued a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 25.
Assault
Molly Spargo, 22, of 25 Brickyard Rd., Apt. D, Farmington, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on Sept. 18 at 7:25 p.m. She turned herself in on a warrant after being "accused of assaulting an acquaintance" on Sept. 6, police said. She was released after posting a $20,000 surety bond.
Breach of Peace
Witold Chodulski, 68, of 12 Village Rd., Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Sept. 18. Police arrested him at 244 Main St. after he assaulted an acquaintance during an argument, police said. He was issued a $500 non-surety bond and i scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 25.
Larceny
Jenny Lopez, 31, of 14 Lincoln Terrace, Meriden, was charged with fourth-degree larceny on Sept. 18 at 10 a.m. Police arrested her on a warrant after a shoplifting incident dating back to July 18. She was held on a $1,200 cash bond.
Dejonee Alexis Anderson, 18, of 30 Hillside St., Apt. B10, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Sept. 19 at 7:50 p.m. Police arrested her at the Westfarms Mall after a shoplifting incident at H&M, police said. She was issued a $1,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 25.
Calvin Douglas Joiner, 43, of 32 Wilson St., New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Sept. 19 at 1:45 p.m. He turned himself in on a warrant and was released after he posted a $2,500 surety bond. Joiner is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 24.
