Police Departments Holding Toy Drive Friday

Stuff A Cruiser event will be held at Toys R Us at Corbins Corner.

The Farmington Police Department together with the will hold a “Stuff a Cruiser" event to collect toys for distribution by the Social Service Departments of each town.

The toy drive will be at in West Hartford at Corbin’s Corner Friday, Dec. 16 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The departments are asking passing on the social services department request for toys for kids 9 years and older in particular, as well as gifts for younger children.

  • Remote helicopters
  • Headphones
  • Ear buds
  • DVD’s
  • I-Tune gift cards
  • Musical Instruments: guitars, keyboards Video Games (Wii Dance Revolution most requested)
  • DSI games Walkie-Talkies Sleds Lego (Star War most requested)
  • Art Supplies
  • Gift Cards-Best Buy/Walmart
