A 44-year-old Farmington man is facing sexual assault charges after an alleged incident that took place at a New Year’s Eve party in South Windsor, according to police.
Rogerio Dasilva, 44, of 4 Elizabeth Road, was charged on Jan. 1 with sexual assault in the fourth degree after he allegedly grabbed a woman’s breasts without her consent at a party on Windsorville Road in South Windsor, according to police.
Dasilva was later released on a $1,500.00 non-surety bond; he is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 10.
