Police Make Arrest in 2010 Jewelry Theft

Arrests for Oct. 6

Georgio Fuller, 41, of 183 Livingston St., Bridgeport, was arrested Oct. 4 at the Bridgeport Police Department and charged with first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny. According to arrest reports, he is accused of stealing a safe containing $173,000 worth of jewelry from a home in July of 2010. The jewelry has not been recovered and police expect to make additional arrests. Fuller was held on $50,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 5, 2011.

Roman Alberto Nunez, 18, 95 Nutmeg Road, East Hartford, was arrested Oct. 4 on Wolf Pit Road and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. According to arrest reports, he is accused of assaulting someone on a bus. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 11, 2011.

Mario Cipolla, 41, of 163 Main St., was arrested by warrant Oct. 4 at the police department. According to arrest reports, Cipolla is accused of going to his ex-girlfriend’s house in violation of a court order and damaging property there. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and criminal violation of a protective order. He was held on $25,000 cash bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 4, 2011.

Pasquale Mastroianni, 61, of 189 King St., Bristol, was arrested at 1 Tunxis Meade and charged with operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 12, 2011.

Nydian Banks, 41, of 107 Kimberley Road, Newington, was arrested Oct. 4 at Westfarms mall and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on $250 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 12, 2011.

Michael Peltier, 23, of 72 Webster St., was arrested at the Farmington Police Department and charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief in connection with a domestic disturbance. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 5, 2011.
