Police: Man Had Marijuana, Adderall But No Insurance

Eric Tonyan, 41, of 156 Main St. Apt. 10, Avon, was arrested May 1 at the intersection of Waterville Road and Deer Run Road. He was charged with failure to keep right on a hill or curve and operating under the influence. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear May 11, 2011.

Mary Genevieve McItyre, 48, of 42 Concetta Lane, Bristol, was arrested April 30 by warrant and charged with conspiracy to evade responsibility and conspiracy to commit a left turn violation. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear May 11, 2011.

Angela Fortune, 22, of 1660 Farmington Ave. Apt. 1, Unionville, was arrested April 30 at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Pilgrim Path and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence. She was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear May 11, 2011.

David Derocher, 44, of 329 Meadow Road, Farmington, was arrested April 30 at the intersection of Carrington Lane and Main Street and charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving. He was released on $1,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear May 11, 2011.

Emily Dimmock, 35, of 11 Hay Wagon Road, Old Lyme, was arrested April 29 at TJ Maxx and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a written promise to appear in court May 4, 2011.
